Director / Sales Consultant
If it was possible to insert a SIM card directly into a persons brain - Rob would be on the waiting list. With a passion for Voice and Data, Rob is one of the directors of Tekworx - having started the company after working with one of the country's largest carriers and deciding that the industry needs carriers who operate on a more personal, connected level with their customers. When he isn't keeping Tekworx running like a well oiled machine, he spends his downtime riding his dirt bike with his kids where-ever possible - and generally on only one wheel.
Director / Accounts
Sam spends his days surrounded by ones and zeros - as is the life of a software developer. Sam is responsible for the software and applications that run our customer billing systems, and is heavily involved in our accounts team as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the business day to day.
Senior Sales Consultant
Hamish is our Geelong based sales consultant, and recent returnee to the Tekworx fold. Hamish has a plethora of experience within the Telecommunications industry, having worked with Tekworx since the early days of it's inception. He also is a prime exhibition of the stereotype that anyone working with Technology will end up bald. Yeah. He's really bald.
Service Delivery Manager
Tony is our service delivery manager, and connoisseur of fine dad jokes. Between making sure all our installation and upgrade projects go according to plan, and assisting the rest of the service staff with his wealth of telephony knowledge dating back to the middle ages, Tony will keenly deliver an appropriate dad joke for any situation without a moments hesitation. Tony has worked with some of Australia's largest voice carriers and equipment providers - including Vodafone and Ericsson - and brings this experience into his daily operations.
Senior Telephony Technician
Ray enjoys the finer things in life - such as laughing uncontrollably at poor cabling jobs. Ray is our resident neat freak, and prides himself on installing data cabling, phone systems, and network racks with such finesse that they appear as a work of abstract art. No more needs to be said. He'll get a big head.
Senior Telephony Technician
A little known fact is that Peter actually designed the first telephone, before leaving the details to his son (Alexander Graham Bell) who stole all the credit. Yep. We don't talk about Alex around here. On a more serious note, Peter has a vast amount of experience working with copper networks and is our go-to-man for anything cabling and copper network related.
IT & Networking
Harrison graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Professional Practice) and majored in anything the teaching staff would actually allow him to pass (we kid). Prior to joining Tekworx he worked in a tight-knit team at one of Australia's largest international automobile manufacturers, where he was heavily involved in service management and business analytics.
Justin is the newest member of the Tekworx Team. He has worked in a mix of IT sectors, amongst a vast range of industries - so his knowledge and experience is extremely helpful for our broad client base. Justin's hobbies include a long game of "try not to laugh" over the avalanche of Dad jokes dropped in the Tekworx office daily - alongside fitness and cooking.
Accounts & Administration
Customer Service Officer
Tina is our lead CSO. Her bright, cheerful personality is always available at the other end of the phone to assist you with your service and account related matters. It may be beneficial at times that it is at the other end of the phone - as her second life as a Fashion Designer often means her clothes in the office are even brighter than her personality. Tina has a wealth of experience in high stress call center environments, and uses this to assist customers achieve a prompt and timely resolution to their issues - first time, every time.
Leonie is our accounts and administration superhero - and has been with the team for nearly 10 years. We're pretty sure her brain is made of some form of intergalactic dark matter - If we did something on February 23rd, 2006 - Leonie remembers who for and what it was. It's super useful - until you say something dumb and she remembers for all of eternity.
John has been with Tekworx since it's inception - and has seen more dollar signs fly through his radar over his length career in finance and management both in and out of Tekworx that we're not sure how his pupils haven't changed shape yet to match. Maybe with more time they will.
